Hi folks!  

We have reached an agreement with the pool and should have final practice plans out to you this week.

We covered a lot of information in our initial parent meetings but if there is something you need to know about the team operations, please contact Sabrina at [email protected]. Coach Lam and I are working to keep our heads just on the kids, youth coaches, practices, and meets.  So contact us if you have a question about your child.

Here is the suit information again so it can be logged in News.  A navy suit is required.  Boys can wear jammers or speedos although most highly prefer jammers.  Girls must wear a fitted one-piece.  They do not have to be the ones shown but do have to be navy.  The ones shown are available at Kiefer Aquatics in Cary.  They will let you try suits and get the best fit.  The suits need to be tighter than you usually think. For a small fee, they will add our emblem if you want it.  The suits need to be tighter than you usually think.
