Thank you for your patience as we work to wrap-up the season.  

1. I would like to ask those interested to look over this spreadsheet and see if being on the committee for next season might be something you would be willing to do.  If you think you might be interested, I would like to set up a meeting soon before our next league meeting.  I am looking at the Monday (18th?) or Thursday (14th/21st) evening to meet after the 13th (when Rach goes to college).  Regarding next season, I really need to just have one position if at all possible.  I can coach again if we cannot find a suitable adult head coach.  My theoretical one position is supposed to be Parent League Rep.

I have color coded the sheets a bit to show what should be the coach, what has to be the parent league rep, and what can be other people.  The division of labor is somewhat flexible some items being more easily shared than others.  I am sure there are things missing but this is the stuff I could think of quickly.  I would like to also have another league rep in training in case I cannot make every meeting and just so someone else knows what is happening.  That person needs to be uneasily annoyed (or able to quickly move past it), relatively easy going, willing to deal with confrontation in a respectable matter, able to debate respectfully, and concerned with the overall longevity of the team and the league.

2.  For anyone who did not get one at the banquet/party, your swimmer's brown envelope containing ribbons, athlete report card, etc are in the plastic cabinet near the kitchen at the pool.  You may get it at any time.  They will remain there until the pool closes for the season.

3.  Thank you again for a great season!  I hope we can grow this team to where it once was.  Please consider recruiting friends and family and help us with our web presence over the off-season months.  We have plans to create more practice times allowing us room for more swimmers.
