Friendly reminder to sign up for the meet. If your athlete is "undeclared" we assume he/she is coming and will likely put that child into relays. If he/she does not come, the relay does not get to be swum by any of the kids. Please make sure you mark your child as "not attending" if he/she will not be present.

Our team photo will be taken Monday 7/28/25 at 6:30PM. Please have your swimmer wear/bring his/her team shirt.

Emails should go out this week to those who said they could help with the banquet/pizza party. Let me know right away whether or not you can still help so that we can get jobs assigned.

We will be restructuring the team leadership next season. Once upon a time, there were 6-8 parents who served as the swim team committee and carried the load together. It is our hope that we can return to something similar. Before the season ends, we will send out more information on this.

This week's meet is at Edgebrook. They usually have wonderful concessions. Parking is all over the neighborhood so plan to arrive in plenty of time to walk a bit from your car to the pool. Our warm-ups will be at 5:30. We get the side of the pool away from the concessions/restrooms/building. It is tight but there is a grassy area too. We will have an area marked off near the starting end of the pool for our Flow Managers to work.

After this meet, we will focus more on refinement and preparation for the championship. We hope each child has learned a new stroke. The coaches have worked hard to make sure they had every chance to do so. Some swimmers will be trying new things again at this meet.
