We will be combining events.  For example, Events 1 and 2 will likely be combined because there are 8 lanes and only 2 or 3 groups in each event.  That will be done during the meet.  This is likely to happen only during some relays and some of the IM's.

We will give out 1 cap for every 2 kids in each family until we see that we have that covered.  Once that is done, we will cap the youngest remaining additional kids first.  The big kids are always good to share!  If you need a cap, go see Rachael as it stated in the other email.
